By installing and using the Stayly browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
Description of service
Stayly is a free browser extension that compares hotel prices across multiple booking providers. The extension displays price information from third-party booking sites for informational purposes. Stayly does not process bookings or handle payments.
Price accuracy
Prices displayed by Stayly are fetched in real-time from third-party booking sites. While we strive for accuracy, prices may change between the time they are fetched and when you visit the booking site. Stayly is not responsible for price discrepancies.
Limitation of liability
Stayly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the extension, including but not limited to incorrect pricing information or service unavailability.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
